DR. GLENN IHDE: Hi, I’m Dr. Glenn Ihde, founder of Minimally Invasive Bariatrics, a medical and surgical practice committed to health and weight loss. Welcome to our website. Since 2001 I have been developing a multi-disciplinary program for weight loss. My practice offers both surgical and non-surgical weight loss therapy and this website is here to give you a look at what our program has to offer. I believe that people want to lose weight, but don’t understand how. So the basis of our program is education. We teach you a lifestyle of eating that is livable. Since our eating habits are ingrained at an early age it is very difficult for people to change their eating lifestyle. For that reason we often use surgery as a tool to help adopt new eating habits.
